• Managed all stage operations for a large-scale dance production with 25+ dancers in a 1,200-seat venue.
• Called and coordinated show cues to ensure smooth transitions and precise timing.
• Acted as the main liaison between performers, creative team, and technical staff.
• Organized backstage flow, safety, and performer readiness during live performances.
• Led rehearsals and performances, adapting quickly to live-show challenges.
